Complete the contact form below to request a new ComponentID listing. Please include the following information with your request:

• Your preferred unique two digit Manufacturer Code. Click here to see the list of existing Manufacturer codes:
• The full name, email address, and phone number for the primary ComponentID contact
• Your organizations website address and main phone number

PPI will send you an invoice which may be paid via credit card, check, or ACH transfer and your ComponentID listing will be activated upon receipt of payment.
