Plastics Pipe Institute Political Action Committee
(PPI PAC)


PURPOSE:

The PPI PAC is a voluntary, non-partisan organization, formed by the Plastics Pipe Institute, Inc. pursuant to the laws of the United States, to establish and administer a separate segregated fund to be utilized for political purposes to the extent permitted by law.

The PPI PAC will solicit voluntary contributions to the fund from eligible persons and will use such contributions to promote the nomination or election of candidates to Federal, state, or local offices where legally acceptable. The PPI PAC will support, regardless of party affiliation, candidates who demonstrate an awareness of the need for a political climate which is in the best interests of the Plastics Pipe Institute and its members.

OFFICERS:

The PPI PAC shall have a Chair, Past Chair, and a Treasurer. The Treasurer position will be filled by the Plastics Pipe Institute’s President.

MEMBERSHIP

Membership in the Committee shall be open to all persons who are permitted by law to be members. Any eligible person who contributes to PPI PAC shall be a member so long as he or she continues to contribute to the fund annually, unless such person gives notice to the Treasurer of an intention to withdraw from membership, in which case the membership shall terminate on the date of notice.
 
Grant PPI PAC permission to communicate with your team by completing the Prior Approval Form. Federal law requires this step, and companies can authorize PPI PAC for multiple years.
